  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – For when you need that perfect housewarming gift or weekend room makeover fast!

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

When will my order ship? Every lighting fixture undergoes a rigorous electronic and finish quality check within 1-2 business days before being securely packaged. You will receive an email tracking link the moment your box is in transit.

Do you ship safely to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We proudly ship to all valid residential, business, P.O. Boxes, and military (APO/FPO) addresses within the United States.

How do candle warmer lamps work? Our signature candle warmer lamps use top-down halogen heating technology to melt the wax safely from the top down. This releases a cleaner, more consistent fragrance from your favorite scented candles without ever needing a flame.

Are bulbs included with the lamps? Yes! To ensure you can enjoy your new glow immediately, every applicable Chic Candle warmer lamp includes the required premium heating bulb(s) right inside the box.

Are your electrical products safe for US outlets? Absolutely. All our lamps and electrical decor items are engineered and certified to strictly meet US safety and voltage standards (110V-120V), ensuring a safe and beautiful experience in your home.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

What is your return policy? We want you to absolutely love your home’s new vibe. If a lighting piece isn’t the perfect fit for your space, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

What if my lamp arrives broken? Delicate glass and metal require extra protection. We pack our items securely, but if the transit path was rough and your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@chiccandle.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours, and we will rush a brand-new replacement to you immediately at zero extra cost.
